1. Purpose
These Terms of Use (hereinafter "ToU") govern access to and use of the site pronos.club, published by Auto-Entreprise Web Online Concept. By accessing the site, the user accepts these ToU without reservation.
2. Description of the service
PRONOS.CLUB is a sports information and analysis service. The site provides users with analyses, opinions and sports predictions developed by an independent tipster. These contents are personal opinions and do not constitute financial advice, incentives to bet, or guarantees of results.
The service offers free access (selected predictions) and paid Premium access (all predictions, exclusive Telegram group, priority notifications).
3. Registration and user account
Registration is free and reserved for individuals of legal age (18 years or older).
The user agrees to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it up to date.
Each user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials.
The publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete any user account in case of violation of these ToU, without notice or refund.
4. Premium subscription
PRONOS.CLUB offers a Premium subscription providing access to additional content and features. The conditions of sale, payment, cancellation and refund are detailed in the Terms of Sale, which complement these ToU.
5. User responsibility
The user acknowledges and accepts that:
• Published predictions are personal opinions of the tipster and not certainties.
• Sports betting involves a risk of financial loss. No prediction guarantees a win.
• They are solely responsible for their betting decisions, amounts wagered and bookmakers used.
• They must never bet more than they can afford to lose.
• It is their responsibility to verify the legality of sports betting in their country of residence.
• Use of international bookmakers mentioned on the site is done at their own risk and in compliance with the laws of their country.
6. Prohibitions
It is strictly prohibited to:
• Distribute, share, resell or redistribute predictions published on the site, in whole or in part, by any means (social media, Telegram/WhatsApp/Discord groups, third-party sites, email, etc.).
• Capture, copy or screenshot predictions for sharing or resale purposes.
• Use the site for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent site restrictions.
• Attempt to access Premium content without a valid subscription.
Any violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account deletion without refund, and may lead to legal proceedings for intellectual property infringement.
7. Disclaimer of warranty
PRONOS.CLUB DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY RESULTS. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Statistics displayed on the site reflect historical results and do not constitute a promise of future winnings. The user acknowledges that the variance inherent in sports betting can lead to losing streaks, even with a long-term winning strategy.
8. Limitation of liability
The publisher cannot under any circumstances be held liable for:
• Any financial loss resulting from direct or indirect use of published predictions.
• Any betting decision made by the user.
• Unavailability of the site or associated services.
• Acts or omissions of third-party bookmakers recommended on the site.
• Changes in odds between prediction publication and when the user places their bet.
In any event, the publisher's liability is limited to the total amount of subscriptions paid by the user in the last 12 months.
9. Modification of ToU
The publisher reserves the right to modify these ToU at any time. Users will be notified of changes by email or notification on the site. Continued use of the site after modification constitutes acceptance of the new ToU.
10. Applicable law
These ToU are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall be submitted to the competent courts of Toulouse, after an attempt at amicable resolution.
