1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale (hereinafter "ToS") govern the sale of the Premium subscription offered on pronos.club, published by Auto-Entreprise Web Online Concept (SIRET: 510 583 800 00048), with registered office at Rue Paul Estival, 31200 Toulouse, France.
Any subscription to the Premium plan implies full and unreserved acceptance of these ToS, as well as the site's Terms of Use (ToU).
2. Description of the service sold
The Premium subscription provides access to the following services:
• All predictions published by the tipster (free and premium).
• Access to the exclusive Telegram group reserved for Premium subscribers.
• Priority notifications (email, push) for each new prediction.
• Monthly report received by email.
• Access to all personal space features (personalized statistics, bankroll management, followed predictions history).
IMPORTANT: published predictions are personal opinions of the tipster based on their sports analysis. They do not constitute financial advice, incentives to bet, or guarantees of winnings. The Premium subscription provides access to informational content. PRONOS.CLUB does not guarantee any results.
3. Price
• Premium subscription price: €20 incl. tax per month.
• The price is indicated in euros, all taxes included. As the publisher is a sole proprietor (auto-entrepreneur), VAT is not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
• The publisher reserves the right to modify the subscription price at any time. Any modification will be notified by email to the user at least 30 days before it takes effect. The user may cancel their subscription before the new rate applies.
4. Payment methods
• Payment is made by bank card via the secure Stripe platform. The publisher does not store any banking data.
• The subscription is on automatic monthly billing. The amount is charged each month on the anniversary date of the subscription.
• Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified, the highest security level in the payment industry.
• In case of payment failure, Premium access may be suspended until regularization.
5. Invoicing
An invoice is automatically generated by Stripe for each charge and sent by email to the address associated with the account. The user can also view their invoice history from their personal space via the Stripe customer portal.
6. Duration and renewal
• The Premium subscription is taken out for a period of one month, automatically renewable by tacit renewal.
• The subscription is without commitment: the user can cancel at any time.
• Renewal is automatic on the anniversary date of the subscription, unless previously cancelled by the user.
7. Cancellation
• The user can cancel their subscription at any time from their personal space ("My Subscription" section) in one click.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The user retains access to Premium content until that date.
• No pro-rata refund will be made for the current period.
• Upon expiration, the account automatically reverts to the free version. User data (history, statistics, preferences) is retained.
• Access to the Premium Telegram group is automatically removed at the end of the subscription period.
• The user can resubscribe at any time from their personal space.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L. 221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium whose execution has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.
By subscribing to the Premium plan, the user expressly agrees that immediate access to predictions and Premium content constitutes the beginning of contract execution, and expressly waives their right of withdrawal.
9. Suspension and termination by the publisher
The publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's subscription, without notice or refund, in case of:
• Violation of the ToU or ToS.
• Distribution, sharing or resale of predictions to third parties.
• Fraudulent use of the service.
• Creation of multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.
• Harmful behavior towards other members (insults, harassment, spam in the Telegram group).
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The publisher provides a sports information and analysis service. No guarantee of results or winnings is given.
The user acknowledges that:
• Sports betting involves a risk of financial loss.
• They are the sole decision-maker regarding their bets and betting choices.
• Past performance is not indicative of future results.
• The variance inherent in sports betting can lead to losing streaks.
In any event, the publisher's liability is limited to the total amount of subscriptions actually paid by the user in the last 12 months.
11. Pre-contractual information
In accordance with Articles L.111-1 to L.111-7 of the French Consumer Code, the user is informed prior to subscription of the essential characteristics of the service, price, payment methods, contract duration and cancellation conditions, as described in these ToS.
12. Dispute mediation
In accordance with Articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, in case of a dispute not resolved amicably, the user may have free recourse to a consumer mediator.

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These ToS are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution and/or mediation, express jurisdiction is attributed to the competent courts of Toulouse.
